How does everyone feel about the PCC system being used with the NPR? I was thinking it over the past couple days and it was kind of seeming a bit unfair, for one, new members, and two, well, maybe it would just be a smoother system without the use of money? Before any rules are changed I'd like to hear from some of you guys! Thank you! ^^

I agree, I'm not sure where I got the idea everyone would be rich lol xD Prices are going to be considerably lowered. ^^
