Surrendering form and rules
1.) You may surrender as many petz as you need to, you will not be judged in any way, shape or form.
2.) You must fill out the surrender form below entirely and for each pet you are surrendering.
3.) The surrendering fee for all petz is $5 PCC.
4.) Being that the NPR accepts all types of petz from all files and game versions, it is vitally important you send the pet to the correct staff member of the NPR, as well as the required breedfiles (or the link(s) where to get them). Below are the current staff members of the NPR:
- Petz 5
Dragon <3: keepsakecatz@gmail.com
- Petz 4
Dragon <3: keepsakecatz@gmail.com
Dove: doveybuggy@gmail.com
- Petz 3
Dove: doveybuggy@gmail.com
If you are not sure who to send your petz to (if there is more than one staff member for each version), send it to whoever you'd like. At times, if a staff member is overrun with petz, they will have a "FULL" tag next to their name. If you do not see that tag, then feel free to send whichever petz you would like to whichever staff member, as we all have the same goal - creating a happy road to your petz new forever home!
Staff Needed, feel free to apply!
Be sure to entitle the subject as "NPR Surrender".

UPDATED APRIL 21, 2011
Sorry everyone, this below process was not made clear before. I had forgotten to add one of the most important explanations in!
The process to sending in your form
Step 1: Fill out the surrender form completely (with or without optional areas). This may be either posted directly into the surrender board, or it may be directly e-mailed to the appropriate NPR rescue staff member for your petz' version.
Step 2: In an e-mail to the appropriate NPR staff member, attach all necessary breedfiles or links where to obtain necessary breedfiles along with each of the petz files you filled out a surrender form for.
Step 3: Once your petz have been received by the NPR staff, you will see them with a slew of adoption pictures and kennel card (if dogz), cage card (if catz), or pen card (if wildz/fantasyz) and the NPR's standard adoption information. Remember it is not necessary to submit pictures of your petz you are surrendering, as the staff members will do so when posting them up in the rescue for adoption. You may include photos if you would like though.
Take note: Whether you submit your surrender form(s) here under the surrender board or in an e-mail to the appropriate staff member, if you do not send the petz files along with that your pet(z) will show up in the NPR's adoption board as "Pending". Your pet will not be adoptable or be able to have applications on him/her until you send their pet file in an e-mail and they are received by NPR staff.
